No ordinary pasta sauce, this is thick and rich like all of our "Sugos." The Marsala wine imparts a slightly sweet and nutty flavor and enhances the traditional seasonings and just a touch of crushed chile. Just heat gently, add cooked pasta, and toss. Or if you prefer a thinner sauce dilute with wine, broth, or water until the desired consistency is achieved. Works well in many recipes, especially San Francisco style Pork Chops. | ||
