Arrostito is Italian for roasted and we think “Delicious.” Roasted peppers, pignolias, paired with rich black olives and zesty Shiratz. Just heat gently, add cooked pasta, and toss. Or if you prefer a thinner sauce dilute with wine, broth, or water until the desired consistency is achieved. Works well in many recipes, and especially for Pappardelle di Bue. | ||
